Program Manager - Growth (Customer Success) Purpose of the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Manager to drive the growth initiatives and programs for LEAD BOULEVARD. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing growth-focused programs. As a Program Manager for Growth Programs, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and execute growth strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company's expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development and Execution: - Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals and objectives. - Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives. - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of growth initiatives. - Create and maintain a detailed roadmap for each growth program, outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, product development, external vendors and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing growth strategies. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure seamless program execution. - Identify potential roadblocks or challenges and proactively work to address them by engaging relevant stakeholders. 3. Program Implementation: - Oversee the execution of growth programs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Monitor and report on program progress, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed. - Coordinate resources, allocate budgets, and manage any external partnerships or vendors related to growth initiatives. 4. Performance Analysis and Optimization: - Continuously analyze the performance of growth programs against established KPIs. - Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, making data-backed recommendations for refining strategies and tactics. - Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to iterate and improve program outcomes. 5. Leadership and Team Development: - Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives, providing clear direction and guidance. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the growth programs team. - Mentor and develop team members, promoting their professional growth and skill enhancement. Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience (3-5 years) in program management, preferably with a focus on growth initiatives or business expansion. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across various teams and levels of the organization. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. - Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools. - Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company is a plus.
