- Partner Identification & Onboarding a) Identify channel partners who have a strong influence on school owners / principals of schools to help open doors in their portfolio of existing or prospective schools. b) Alignment with partners on the vision, benefits and win-win arrangements c) Negotiation on commercial terms and engagement terms d) Execution of contracts and onboarding of partners in close coordination with Legal & Finance teams e)Identify cross-sell opportunities with existing/new partners for a mutually beneficial partnership - Scaling up business with partners a) Provide support and training to partners to ensure enabled and successful teams b) Educate partners on new product offerings, promotions, and product updates c) Weekly pipeline review with all partners and internal stakeholders including but not limited to Regional Teams & Strategy Team d) Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as top of funnel, conversion metrics, cost of acquisition, etc. e) Take actions and initiatives to not only increase lead flow to have a robust top of the funnel but also ensure team makes adequate effort to improve conversions f) Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts - Stakeholder Management and Operations a) Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals b) Liaise with strategy team to roll out monthly contests and incentives for partner teams c) Manage channel partner payouts and incentives in coordination with Finance team d) Monthly review meetings with senior management of partners and with Leadership team of Leadership Boulevard.
