Role: Associate Academic Excellence Director Function: Excellence Department: Excellence The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who is excited about delivering quality learning to children at scale. He/She is an experienced educator with a history of successfully leading large teams and operations. Principal Accountabilities: - Lead a team of Senior Academic Excellence Managers and Academic Excellence Managers who monitor LEAD School curriculum execution. - Design and monitor processes to track execution and progress across schools. - Visit schools at regular intervals, train principals, coordinators, and teachers, observe classes to ensure excellent execution of the system across schools. - Liaison between central and field teams to increase impact in classrooms. - Coach and mentor the team to build their ability to service all schools. Must: - 10+ years of experience. - Very strong academic background. - Excellent people management skills. Should have managed a team of 30 people. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams. - Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
