Job description : - Responsible to handle accounts payable function to ensure correct and timely payments as per defined TATs and policies. - Improvising payable operations to the next level by setting up strong system/procedural controls, SOPs and customer centric approach. - Periodic vendor reconciliations and vendor management process including onboarding and setting "AP Help desk". - Releasing actual/projected cash flows and highlighting deviations as per policy and/or budgets. - Strong knowledge and adherence to relevant statutory requirements including TDS, GST, PF and ESI etc. - Responsible for timely and correct monthly close activities for payable area including balance sheet and PL reconciliations with related schedules. - Knowledge of treasury operations including investments of surplus funds. - Review and participating in formation of company policies related to payments and eg. travel, reimbursements etc. - Working closely with supply chain, admin and procurement teams on new commercial arrangements. - Have handled statutory audits and other internal audits/due diligence activities (preferably with Big4). - Payroll accounting and bank reconciliations. - Driving automation and simplifications. Competencies : - Strong team handling skills to motivate team members to enhance their performance, development and efficiency. - Capability to deliver in fast growing setup and challenges. - Strong understanding of payable function of large enterprise. - Impressive interpersonal skills for cross functional exposure and projects. Requirements : - M.COM/MBA - With 12 years + experience (with minimum 5 years as AP Head of a complex operations) - CA/CWA - With 8 years + experience (with minimum 3 years as AP Head of a complex operations)
