Job Description: - Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud) from initiation to post-implementation, with ownership of scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes. - Drive core program management, governance, and stakeholder engagement while delegating specialized change management, reporting, or technical tasks as required. - Develop program roadmaps, project plans, resource strategies, and success metrics; ensure adherence to PMO and Agile/Scrum standards. - Collaborate with architects and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise Salesforce solutions, including integrations with ERP, payment systems, and data platforms. - Manage multi-vendor ecosystems-partner selection, contracts, SLAs, performance monitoring, escalations, and knowledge transfer. - Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders; lead steering committees and translate complex technical concepts into business value and ROI. - Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, business cases, KPIs, and post-implementation reviews to ensure transparency and value realization. - Lead change management and adoption strategies, including readiness assessments, communication, training enablement, and resistance management. - Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. - Bring 10+ years of experience (6-8 years in Salesforce program/project management) with multiple full-lifecycle implementations; strong knowledge of integrations, data, security, compliance, and Agile delivery. - Possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; adaptable, detail-oriented, resilient, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning and Salesforce innovation.
