Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end marketing journeys using SFMC, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Translate marketing objectives into scalable campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, onboarding, and retention goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to drive CRM segmentation, personalization, and real-time messaging strategies.
- Set up triggered communications and drip workflows based on user lifecycle, app behaviour, and transactional triggers.
- Maintain campaign calendars, conduct quality assurance testing, and manage data flows across integrated systems.
- Track KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and lead scoring to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in campaign governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing with at least 3 years in SFMC-specific roles.
- Proven experience deploying automated, multi-touch campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push.
- Strong hands-on experience with SFMC modules, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Working knowledge of AMP script, SQL, and data extensions.
- Strong analytical and QA skills with proficiency in campaign reporting and attribution models.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer).
- Experience in EdTech or consumer-facing industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and mobile-first engagement strategies.
