Role Overview:
A leading luxury interior design firm is looking for an accomplished Sales Lead to individually drive high-value client acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship management within the premium residential and commercial interiors segment. This role demands a polished, strategic, and target-driven sales leader with strong exposure to luxury clientele, HNIs (High Network Individual), UHNWIs (Ultra High Network Individual), architects, builders, and corporate clients.
Location: Gurgaon
Work From Office: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday week off)
Budget: Up to 23 Lakhs (Fixed) + Performance Incentives (based on revenue & conversions)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Leadership:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring high-ticket interior design and turnkey projects.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, luxury homeowners, corporate clients, architects, real estate developers, and channel partners.
2. Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management:
- Own the entire sales cyclefrom lead qualification to final closure.
- Conduct detailed client presentations, walkthroughs, and value-driven discussions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of premium projects and ensure predictable revenue flow.
- Collaborate with design, project, and estimation teams for proposals and negotiations.
3. Client Relationship & Brand Representation:
- Represent the brand with high-level professionalism, aesthetics understanding, and solution-oriented communication.
- Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the engagement journey.
- Build long-term relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.
4. Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy:
- Understand market trends in luxury interiors, premium real estate, and design innovations.
- Analyze competition and recommend strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Share insights with leadership to support business expansion and brand elevation.
What We Expect:
- Experience: 10-15 years of sales experience in luxury interiors, premium real estate, design-build, or high-end lifestyle solutions.
- Network: Established relationships with HNIs, real estate developers, architects, and luxury ecosystem partners.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills; ability to handle premium clients.
- Mindset: Target-driven, polished, strategic, and capable of owning high-value closures independently.
