Job Description:
- We are looking for a Sales Lead who can work in Field, who will independently manage and grow the Mumbai territory. The role is for a highly experienced professional with over 5 years of experience in the Mumbai market and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and building strong client relationships. A crucial part of the role is working closely with the GCP India team to align on strategies and capitalize on joint opportunities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in software services and consulting sales, using a consultative approach to deeply understand and address client needs.
- The position is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic Market Growth:
- Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Mumbai market, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the GCP India team to align on go-to-market strategies, co-develop solutions, and jointly pursue strategic opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine your approach and maintain a competitive edge.
Client & Revenue Generation:
- Consultative Sales: Apply the art of consultative sales to deeply understand client challenges and position our software services and solutions as the ideal remedy.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Proactively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
