
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead our product sales and marketing initiatives.
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within a SaaS environment.
You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, driving lead generation, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
This position is based in Kochi, Kerala, and we are specifically looking for candidates currently residing in Kerala.
What Youll Do
As our Sales & Marketing Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for our products, with a strong focus on SaaS offerings.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive effective lead generation campaigns, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and lead the conversion of qualified leads into successful sales.
- B2B Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the entire B2B sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Utilize and manage CRM tools effectively, with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM or similar platforms, to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and product roadmaps.
- Reporting & Optimization: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement, optimize strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Brand Promotion: Contribute to increasing brand awareness and market presence through various marketing channels.
What You Bring
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a sales and marketing leadership role, with a strong preference for experience in leading product sales within a SaaS environment.
- B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record of proven success in B2B sales, including negotiating and closing complex deals.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, specifically Zoho CRM, or other comparable leading CRM platforms.
- ABM Mastery: Expertise in developing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to articulate value propositions and convert leads effectively.
- Self-Motivation: A highly self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Team Player: A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Any Master's Degree.
