
Lead - Sales & Go To Market
Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven Sales & GTM Leader to own the execution of our early sales and go to-market strategy. You'll be working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to identify key accounts, shape the sales playbook, and grow revenue. This is an ideal role for a high-agency individual who thrives in ambiguity and wants to grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales process - from prospecting to deal closure - with enterprise customers.
- Execute and iterate on our GTM playbook across sectors like aerospace, healthcare, and retail etc.
- Collaborate with the founder and product team to shape messaging, value proposition, and pitch materials.
- Build early customer relationships with Heads of AI/ML, innovation leads, and product owners.
- Conduct competitive research and provide feedback to refine positioning.
- Maintain and report key metrics - pipeline, conversion rates, deal cycles, etc.
- Represent industry events and help build early brand visibility.
Requirements:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in early-stage startups.
- Proven ability to close deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, especially in AI/ML or SaaS.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter with a founder mindset.
- MBA or business education.
- Technical background (CS or Engineering).
- Experience as an early-stage founder or operator
