- 5-7 years overall experience in polymer sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue in a highly competitive environment.
- Strong network within the polymer industry and the ability to connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- In-depth understanding of the Indian market for engineering polymers and insights into competitor strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Lead the sales of engineering polymers, specifically Polystyrene and
- Polycarbonate, with a strategic approach to increasing market penetration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the core engineering polymers segment, focusing on high-value clients and partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery and optimal customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine our product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships and fostering repeat business.
