We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Leader to spearhead revenue growth and expand strategic client relationships in the Financial Services and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) domain. This pivotal role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing high-value client engagements, and leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle across both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution - Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution plan to acquire new clients for our Financial Shared Services offerings, including Finance & Accounting (F&A), Financial Research, and Analytics. Pipeline Development & Deal Closure: - Own the sales funnel from lead generation to closure. Build a healthy pipeline, engage key decision-makers, position solutions effectively, and negotiate win-win deals. CXO-Level Client Engagement: - Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, COOs, and other C-suite executives, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions to their priorities. Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Partner with delivery, operations, and pre-sales teams to develop customized proposals, pricing models, and compelling value propositions tailored to client needs. Market Intelligence: - Monitor market trends, client movements, and competitor strategies to continuously refine the sales approach and identify white spaces for growth Desired Profile: Experience: - 10-15 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within Financial Services, KPO, or BPO industries. Demonstrated success in selling outsourcing solutions, financial research, or analytics services. Domain Expertise: - Deep understanding of the BFSI domain, shared services models, and global delivery frameworks. Experience in consultative, solution-based selling is essential. Skills: - Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior-level decision-makers. Education: - MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification, preferably with a specialization in Finance. - A degree from a premier business school is a strong plus.
