Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the MD by preparing performance dashboards, sales analytics reports, and key business metrics.
- Manage and analyze data from CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to provide actionable insights on customer engagement, pipeline, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
- Monitor and track key KPIs for sales teams, channel partners, and product-wise performance.
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and strategic reports for board meetings and internal leadership updates.
- Follow up on action items from MD's meetings, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely closures.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline data flow and performance reporting.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to support business growth strategy.
- Serve as a liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders ensuring professional communication and confidentiality.
- Support the MD with calendar management, meeting planning, travel logistics, and event coordination when needed.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Executive Assistant to CXO, or in Business Intelligence roles.
- Proven expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools - Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, Google Sheets, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and draw business conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability.
- Experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
