Job Description - Lead risk & policy for all Auto Lending Products and build risk and policy framework for new line of businesses.

Description:

- Lead risk & policy for all Auto Lending Products

- Build risk and policy framework for different lines of businesses

- Maintain credit quality of assigned portfolios

- Ensure credit loss and credit cost is within projected levels on all such portfolios

- Design/develop/credit policies, new programs, processes, products from risk management perspective

- Lead, modify & release amendments in the policies and programs across all Auto lending products with an optimal mix of underwriting concepts and use of data science tools

Profile:

- 15 years of experience in retail risk with significant experience in wheels businesses specially Used Car, New Car, Commercial Vehicle lending in Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs
