Compensation Strategy & Design
- Develop and implement competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and performance-based rewards.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to align pay structures with market standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, labor laws).
Incentive & Variable Pay Programs
- Design sales and performance incentive plans for employees, especially in revenue-generating roles.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business-driven incentives.
- Monitor and refine incentive structures based on business outcomes.
Employee Benefits & Perks
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Recommend enhancements to benefits packages to improve employee satisfaction.
- Executive Compensation along with Long Term Incentive and Compensation planning and management including ESOP management
- Recognition Programs Develop and manage employee recognition frameworks (monetary and non-monetary).
- Implement reward programs that boost engagement and retention.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all compensation practices align with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Work with internal audit teams to mitigate risks related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
HR Analytics & Budgeting
- Utilize HR analytics to track the effectiveness of compensation strategies.
- Forecast and manage budgets related to rewards and benefits.
- Headcount/Manpower planning along with CnB Budgeting and Tracking
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior management, finance, and HR teams to align rewards with business strategy.
- Partner with external consultants and vendors for compensation surveys and benefits administration.
