Key Responsibilities:
1. Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy including base pay, variable pay, benefits, recognition, and retention programs.
- Align reward programs with the company's goals, performance culture, and market competitiveness.
2. Compensation Management
- Lead annual compensation reviews including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus programs.
- Oversee job evaluation, salary structure design, and internal equity analysis.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures.
3. Benefits & Wellbeing
- Design and manage employee benefits programs (medical, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction of benefits offerings.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry trends.
4. Performance & Incentive Programs
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design incentive schemes (sales incentives, bonus plans, long-term incentives).
- Ensure alignment between performance management and reward outcomes.
5. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards across all reward components.
- Manage audits and provide necessary documentation for internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior leadership and the board, as required.
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Advise executive leadership on reward-related decisions and trends.
- Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and external consultants to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Lead a team of reward professionals (if applicable), providing mentorship and development.
