Role Overview:
The role holder will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative compensation frameworks that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute new frameworks and policies that drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Continuously assess and refine the organization's reward systems to ensure competitiveness within the market.
- Introduce innovative compensation frameworks and models tailored to different employee segments.
Incentive Program Design:
- Develop and manage performance-based incentive programs that motivate employees and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address the unique reward needs of different departments.
Market Research & Benchmarking:
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking studies to ensure the company's compensation structures are competitive.
- Analyze industry trends and apply insights to enhance compensation frameworks.
Policy Development:
- Draft and revise compensation-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Establish guidelines and frameworks for salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with senior leadership, finance, and HR teams to communicate and implement compensation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners in interpreting and implementing compensation programs.
Framework Creation:
- Design and implement innovative frameworks for rewards, compensation, and recognition that cater to the diverse needs of the workforce.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of compensation frameworks and make necessary adjustments.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on compensation metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in compensation and rewards, with a focus on designing and implementing compensation frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing and managing compensation programs within a corporate environment.
- Expertise in compensation analysis, incentive plan design, and market benchmarking.
- Proficient in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
