Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- RevOps Leadership: Oversee sales ops, marketing ops, and finance ops alignment; Implement CRM workflows, pricing models, and forecasting to accelerate pipeline velocity and revenue predictability.
- CS Ops Ownership: Lead customer onboarding, success playbooks, churn prediction, and expansion strategies; integrate tools to drive NPS and lifetime value.
- Process Optimization: Design scalable SOPs, automate workflows using AI tools (e.g., Zapier, agentic AI), and eliminate bottlenecks across go-to-market functions.
- Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and grow member teams; partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance for data integrity and GTM alignment.
- Performance Analytics: Build dashboards for real-time insights; conduct quarterly audits to refine ops strategies amid geopolitical/macro shifts.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years in SaaS ops (RevOps/CS Ops), with 4+ years leading teams at startups/scale-ups.
- Proven track record scaling SaaS metrics (ARR >$10M preferred).
- Expertise in CRM/ops stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and AI automation.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with SQL/Python for ops analytics.
- Bonus: Vertical SaaS Background.
