Role Overview:

As a Revenue Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing sales and marketing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize the revenue engine. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of revenue-generating initiatives. This role directly impacts the company's bottom line by improving sales effectiveness, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to provide accurate revenue projections for senior management.

- Design and implement sales processes and workflows to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness for the sales team.

- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Manage and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, process automation, and reporting capabilities for the sales and marketing teams.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute revenue-generating strategies, aligning efforts across departments.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and identify areas for course correction for the executive team.

- Lead the implementation and adoption of new sales and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Proven ability to design and implement sales processes and workflows that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing technologies.

- Experience in revenue management, sales operations, or a related field, with a track record of driving revenue growth.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working in an on-site setting in Bangalore.
