Lead - Revenue Assurance - Logistics/eCommerce/Startup - CA

A fast-scaling logistics / e-commerce platform is strengthening its Revenue Assurance and Financial Control function to support high-volume, multi-client operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, ensuring end-to-end revenue integrity across complex transaction flows.

The incumbent will own revenue protection, billing accuracy, reconciliations, collections governance, and audit readiness in a large-scale, order-intensive environment.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue realization and profitability, offering exposure to complex logistics and e-commerce revenue models and the opportunity to build scalable, system-driven revenue assurance frameworks with strong business visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end revenue assurance from order capture through billing, collections, and reconciliation

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition across complex logistics and e-commerce pricing models

- Design and enforce controls to prevent revenue leakage from operational, billing, or system gaps

- Drive billing accuracy and dispute reduction across enterprise and SME clients

- Lead revenue, AR, and COD reconciliations in high-volume environments

- Establish strong governance on aging, collections efficiency, and cash flow predictability

- Partner with Ops, Product, Tech, and Sales to resolve root-cause issues impacting revenue realization

- Own internal and external audits with strong documentation and timely closures

- Build MIS and dashboards for leakage, realization, disputes, and recoveries

- Drive process automation and system-led controls to support scale

- Lead and develop the Revenue Assurance / Finance Control team

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Financial Control, Order-to-Cash, or Controllership

- Mandatory exposure to logistics, e-commerce, last-mile, courier, 3PL, or marketplace businesses

- Strong understanding of shipment-level revenue models, COD cycles, client billing, and reconciliations

- Hands-on experience working with high transaction volumes and complex data flows

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Ops, Tech, Product, and Sales teams

- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving, control-oriented mindset

- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
