Cash Management & Reconciliation - Ensure accurate daily cash collections and deposits from all stores. - Implement robust reconciliation processes to track and verify transactions. - Address discrepancies promptly and liaise with finance teams for audits and reporting. 5. Operational Excellence - Standardize store operating procedures to ensure uniformity in customer experience. - Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with company policies and operational standards. - Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in store processes and customer service 6.
