Lead - Retail & Wholesale Finance - FMCG

The role is responsible for leading finance operations for Wholesale and Retail businesses, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and effective business partnering to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance operations for Wholesale and Retail business segments

- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Partner with sales and operations teams on pricing, margins, schemes, and credit control

- Ensure robust financial controls, SOP adherence, and risk mitigation

- Monitor working capital, receivables, inventory, and channel financing

- Handle statutory compliance, audits (internal & external), and regulatory reporting

- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals

- Support management with MIS, dashboards, and decision-support analytics

- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
