Responsibilities:


- Lead R&D initiatives to develop new food products, formulations, and recipes that align with market trends and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to identify market opportunities and translate consumer insights into innovative dairy products.

- Manage product development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Establish and maintain quality management systems and procedures that comply with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).

- Implement quality control measures across the production process, from raw materials to finished products, and conduct audits to ensure product excellence.

- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams (senior management, production, procurement, supply chain) to align R&D and quality initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:


- Masters/Bachelor's or advanced degree in Dairy or a related field.

- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in R&D and quality management within the food manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry standards (e.g., FSMA, SQF, BRC).

- Proven track record in driving innovation in product development, formulation, and commercialization.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from concept to launch.
