This role is accountable for driving large-scale, client-focused recruitment delivery across multiple accounts. The role combines strategic oversight with strong execution capability in high-volume and project-based hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale recruitment teams delivering end-to-end hiring across IT and Non-IT roles
- Own volume hiring, bulk recruitment programs, and staffing delivery with defined SLAs
- Act as a strategic talent partner to clients, advising on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market insights
- Drive operational excellence through metrics, productivity benchmarks, and quality outcomes
- Oversee recruitment projects, ramp-ups, and time-critical hiring mandates
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience in high-volume contexts
Experience & Capability:
- 15+ years in recruitment or staffing, with deep exposure to volume and large-scale hiring
- Exposure to volume hiring is mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hands-on familiarity with ATS, recruitment analytics, and process optimisation
- Ability to balance speed, scale, and quality in fast-paced environments
