Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's growth plans in the automobile industry.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast manpower requirements.
- Design recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for manufacturing, R&D, design, engineering, and leadership roles.
2. Talent Acquisition Operations
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
3. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Act as a business partner to hiring managers and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor benchmarking.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance employer brand visibility through job fairs, campus hiring, social media, and industry networking.
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, attrition trends, etc.) to management.
