Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across the BFSI and Fintech domains.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in volume hiring, staff augmentation, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to scale technology teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles like Testers, Full Stack Developers, Node.js, Flutter, UX Designers, and Java Engineers
- Manage large-scale and volume hiring through staff augmentation models
- Collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to align hiring needs and timelines
- Drive employer branding and enhance candidate experience
- Lead a team of recruiters and manage vendor relationships
- Utilize internal channels such as IJP and bench for faster fulfillment
- Leverage data analytics and AI-driven recruitment tools for scalability and efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in IT recruitment, BFSI / Fintech hiring (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to volume hiring and staff augmentation
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
