Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Lead Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specializing in IT hiring across product and services organizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in recruitment strategy, executive hiring, and technology-driven sourcing, while leading a small team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for IT skill sets across multiple domains and business units.

- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.

- Manage and mentor a team of 45 recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to timelines.

- Lead hiring for niche, senior, and leadership roles within the IT industry.

- Build robust talent pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies including headhunting, professional networking, and e-recruiting.

- Leverage analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.

- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to align with business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on IT skill hiring.

- Proven track record of managing hiring across domains in IT product, services, and captive organizations.

- Strong expertise in Executive Search, Lateral Hiring, and Technology Talent Acquisition.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team of recruiters towards high performance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-driven, results-oriented professional with demonstrated success in high-volume and niche hiring.
