Lead - Quick Commerce

Description:

We are currently hiring for an omnichannel brand based in Gurugram to lead and scale their Quick Commerce (Q-commerce) business across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Amazon Fresh.

What you'll do:

- Own the Q-commerce growth roadmap, monthly revenue targets, and expansion strategy

- Drive assortment, pricing, promotions, and platform visibility across partners

- Build and manage strong relationships with platform account managers, including JBPs and negotiations

- Ensure high availability, inventory planning, and seamless fulfilment across platforms

- Plan and execute platform marketing and top-funnel demand initiatives

- Track daily performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / FMCG / Category / Operations roles

- Strong hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms

- Solid understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and last-mile operations

- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
