Our client is a fast-growing quantitative proprietary trading firm is hiring a senior backend leader to build and scale high-performance trading systems for Indian and global markets.

Key Highlights:

- Build scalable, low-latency trading platforms using Python/C++

- Own real-time systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD & production stability

- Work closely with quants, ML engineers & data scientists

Requirements:

- 4+ years backend engineering experience (Python mandatory)

- Strong system design, distributed systems & cloud exposure

- Prior experience leading technical teams

- Bonus: exposure to quant / algo trading environments
