Lead - Quality Assurance - Metrology

Expected Process Contribution

Quality planning:

1. Develop Quality Strategy in line with Company's Vision, Mission & Quality policy

2. Deploy and approve QMS department procedures for QC & CA

3. Define and review role of Overall department and Resource planning

4. Set Objectives, target and Initiatives in line with ISCM business plan

5. Conduct Benchmarking and drive implementation of best practices

6. Analyse COQ and optimise between Prevention, Appraisal over COPQ

Customer assurance:

1. Participate in all design review meetings and ensure manufacturing and Sourcing quality through audits

2. Measure customer experience by collecting voice of the customer data and managing market returns

3. Participate in product quality CFT by drafting and setting in place stringent guidelines / policies

4. Participate in quality review meetings with key stakeholder's such as MIR, Apex committee, Brands, Associates

Standards and reliability:

1. Develop mid-term / long term strategy for metrology needs by setting objectives and planning for resource

2. Review adherence to set objectives, target & Initiatives

3. Propose budgets to meet user requirements on Metrology

4. Identify training needs and test standard upgradation by using new technologies

5. Upgrade new facilities by exploring new technologies and driving implementation of the same

6. Monitor effectiveness of the implemented initiatives against benchmarks

7. Set objectives, target and initiatives in line with ISCM business plan

8. Deploy and approve QMS department procedures
