Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile Programmatic & Integrated Media Planner with strong experience in programmatic advertising, TV planning, and integrated media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on cross-channel campaigns that combine digital, TV, and other media touchpoints to achieve brand and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programmatic Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).

- Manage audience segmentation, bidding strategies, pacing, and budget optimization.

- Analyze campaign data to drive actionable insights and improve performance.

- Ensure brand safety, viewability, and compliance with platform standards.

2. TV Planning & Buying

- Develop TV media plans aligned with brand reach, frequency, and GRP goals.

- Coordinate with broadcasters, networks, and OTT partners for inventory, pricing, and negotiation.

- Integrate TV and digital metrics for unified measurement and reporting.

- Track campaign performance using TRPs, CPRP, and viewership data.

3. Integrated Media Strategy

- Build holistic media plans combining TV, digital, social, OTT, and other paid media channels.

- Support cross-channel planning to ensure message consistency and maximize ROI.

- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to translate business goals into media strategies.

- Monitor competitor media activities and industry trends.
