Role Overview:

As a Lead Program Manager, you will be at the helm of orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve guiding project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and driving successful program outcomes. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and technical teams to define program scope, develop detailed project plans, and track progress against key milestones. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of critical initiatives, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards, to achieve strategic business goals.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, risk registers, communication plans, and status reports, to provide transparency and facilitate effective decision-making for stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical items to senior management, to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

- Oversee contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maximizing value for the organization, to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.

- Drive change management initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing training and support, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, to minimize resistance and maximize user acceptance.

- Implement and maintain program management methodologies and best practices, continuously improving processes and tools, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple work streams and dependencies, delivering successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.

- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2), with the ability to tailor approaches to suit specific project needs and organizational contexts.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and develop innovative solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and implementation methodologies, with experience in managing ERP-related projects and initiatives.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
