Description:


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Design:


- Develop and own the end-to-end product roadmap for 2-Wheeler Finance.


- Structure customer-centric products across captive and open-market segments.


- Innovate pricing, LTV structures, yield models, and customer segments.


Business Growth & P&L Ownership:


- Lead product initiatives to drive volume growth, profitability, and portfolio performance.


- Define and monitor product KPIs such as disbursements, IRR, bounce rates, NPA levels, and acquisition costs.


Digital & Technology Integration:


- Drive digital loan journeys, API integrations, dealer apps, LOS/LMS enhancements and automation.


- Build partnerships for alternate data scoring and instant approvals.


Cross-functional Leadership:


- Work closely with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Tech, Finance, and OEM partners.


- Ensure seamless process flows across lead generation, login, approval, disbursement, and onboarding.


Market & Competitor Intelligence:


- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging consumer needs.


- Create strategies for new products (e.g., EV 2W loans), top-up loans, and digital upgrades.


Regulatory & Compliance Alignment:


- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit norms, and credit risk frameworks.


Team Leadership:


- Build and lead the product team, mentor managers, and drive high performance and innovation.


Key Requirements:


Experience:


- 10-18+ years of experience in NBFC/Bank consumer lending, specifically 2-Wheeler Finance.


- Strong background in product management, risk, underwriting models, digital journeys, and partner management.


- Experience working with OEMs, dealerships, DSAs, and digital lending ecosystems.


Skills:


- Expertise in product lifecycle management and P&L ownership.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research capability.


- Ability to collaborate across multiple senior stakeholders.


- Proven ability to lead digital lending transformation.


Education:


- MBA/PGDM preferred (Finance, Marketing, Strategy).


- Additional certifications in product management or digital lending are a plus.
