Role Title: Lead Product Owner Trade Finance

Location: BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose: The job purpose is to be responsible for developing, customizing, and managing Trade Finance products and services, including Remittances, Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Pre/Post Shipment Finance. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions, drive product innovation, and support the banks digitization journey in trade finance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and enhance Trade Finance product offerings across remittances, export/import collections, LC/BG, and pre/post-shipment finance.

- Customize products and services to meet client requirements in the Commercial Banking segment.

- Provide transaction structuring and advisory support to Trade Sales teams for client solutions.

- Own product-level P&L, pricing strategy, portfolio management, and MIS reporting.

- Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk teams during product development to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth delivery.

- Drive product innovation, differentiation, and digitization initiatives.

- Design and develop integrated digital platforms for corporate clients to enhance trade finance experience.

- Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Conduct product training sessions and seminars for internal teams and clients.

- Partner with fintechs, intermediaries, and clients to promote digital ecosystems and grow trade finance business.

- Support day-to-day transaction structuring and approvals in coordination with internal stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adapt product offerings accordingly.
