We are looking for a dynamic, consumer-obsessed Product Marketer to shape the future of our category portfolio. This is not a maintenance role - it's a core growth role.
Category Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy and annual business plan aligned with company goals. Identify new growth opportunities using market, consumer, and channel insights.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Oversee product identity, packaging, digital communication, and in-store presence. Ensure all consumer touchpoints reflect brand DNA. Deep understanding of Gen Z design trends and storytelling is essential.
Product Positioning & GTM:
- Define clear, unique positioning for each product. Align with marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure consistent go-to-market execution.
Demand Generation:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and activations. Stay ahead of market trends, technology shifts, and competitor activity to guide product decisions.
Consumer Insights & Analytics:
- Conduct research to understand consumer needs and preferences. Use data-driven insights to refine product strategy, messaging, and development.
Design & Visual Aesthetics:
- Act as the category's design lead, collaborating with design teams to create visually compelling and brand-aligned experiences across all touchpoints.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years in category management, product marketing, or brand roles (preferably in consumer tech, FMCG, or youth-focused brands).
- Strong marketing mindset - focused on users, brand, and growth metrics.
- Proven experience launching and managing product portfolios.
- High design sensibility with an eye for Gen Z trends and storytelling.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
