Description:
- Business Setup: Identify, onboard, and manage dealerships; handle partner empanelment and performance monitoring.
- Product Development: Conceptualize new schemes, prepare product notes and presentations, collaborate with partners and IT teams, and ensure timely product rollouts.
- Business Targets: Drive sales and collections for inventory funding and other products; plan monthly and annual targets, monitor MIS, and manage income and expenses as per budget.
- P&L Management: Oversee the P&L of the Two-Wheeler (2W) product and ensure achievement of the budgeted ROA.
- Performance Review: Conduct regular product health checks to identify growth drivers and areas of improvement for sustainable business growth.
- Market Programs: Develop and implement special products and programs aligned with market needs in collaboration with the Sales team across regions.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to streamline lead sourcing, disbursements, customer approvals, and process efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, recommend and implement process enhancements, and design effective business enablers.
