Job Title: Lead Product Manager

Product: Loan Against Property ( LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of the LAP product lifecycle from conceptualization to execution

- Define product strategy aligned with organizational goals

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

- Design innovative LAP solutions tailored for various customer segments (Salaried, Self-employed, MSMEs)

- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Sales, Tech, Operations, and Legal to deliver seamless product experience

- Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance

- Work closely with data analytics teams to derive insights for continuous product improvement

- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the LAP ecosystem

- Monitor product performance and manage P&L

- Build training programs for sales & distribution channels on product features

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in #LAP Product Management

- In-depth knowledge of LAP product constructs, regulatory norms, and market dynamics

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence decision-making

- Experience in developing and managing digital LAP journeys is preferred
