Lead Product Manager - Investor Allocation

Role Overview:

As the Lead Product Manager for Investor Allocation, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of our core investment engine, ensuring seamless capital deployment and portfolio optimization for our high-net-worth and institutional clients. You will operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and user experience, collaborating closely with quantitative researchers, engineering teams, and compliance stakeholders to build robust allocation frameworks. Your work will directly influence the firms bottom line by enhancing investment efficiency, reducing operational friction, and delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to our global investor base. This role is pivotal in scaling our platforms capabilities to handle complex asset classes and evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product roadmap for investor allocation modules by synthesizing market trends, regulatory requirements, and internal business goals to maintain a competitive edge.

- Partner with quantitative analysts and data scientists to translate complex investment algorithms into intuitive, scalable product features that simplify decision-making for end-users.

- Lead cross-functional squads through the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and technical scoping to rigorous testing and post-launch performance analysis.

- Optimize the end-to-end investor journey by identifying bottlenecks in the allocation workflow and implementing automated solutions that improve operational throughput.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent updates on product milestones, risk assessments, and the tangible impact of new features on portfolio performance.
