Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Pod Orchestration: Align CoreHRMS, T&A, and Compliance into a unified enterprise roadmap.
- Enterprise Lifecycle Ownership: Automate exit, probation, letters, policy mapping, and headcount planning.
- Strategic Bets: Scope, prioritize, and justify high-leverage enterprise features.
- Cross-Pod Governance: Set standards for discovery, delivery, and customer outcome measurement.
- Customer-Led Roadmaps: Synthesize HR/CHRO insights into cluster-level JTBD and outcomes.
- Revenue Alignment: Link CoreHRMS roadmap directly to enterprise ARR uplift and NRR improvement.

- Anchor role for enterprise expansion (India Upmarket + GCC).
- High visibility with CPO, CEO, and GTM leadership.
- Scope to scale into Director of Product leading multiple clusters.

Who Were Looking For:
- 7 to 10 yrs PM experience; at least 3+ yrs in enterprise-grade HR/ERP/Platform products.
- Proven success in multi-pod orchestration and customer-led roadmaps.
- Strong systems thinker with CoreHR/HRMS expertise.
- Confident in executive storytelling and influencing GTM & leadership.
- Bonus: Experience in India Upmarket HR, GCC compliance, or US onboarding.
