Location: Chennai/Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our global MediaTech platform. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with engineering, delivery, business, and sales teams across multiple markets to scale data-driven advertising products worldwide.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle management - from problem discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, adoption, and performance optimization - for campaign planning, measurement, attribution, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

- Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for the MediaTech platform

- Own and manage the product backlog (PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria)

- Identify feature opportunities based on market needs and customer feedback

- Act as subject matter expert on product capabilities, trends, and competitors

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers

- Work cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, sales, and business stakeholders

- Coordinate with ecosystem partners for integrations

- Communicate product timelines, milestones, and releases across the organization

Customer & Data Insights

- Build consumer profiles for campaign planning, measurement & attribution tools

- Analyze product usage data to improve customer experience

- Size market opportunities and prioritize features based on business impact

Required Qualifications

- 7-12 years of experience in Product Management (global or multi-market products)

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

- Strong communication & documentation skills (PRDs, stories, specs)

- Strong analytical thinking & data-driven decision making

- Technical understanding of platforms, APIs, and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in AdTech / MediaTech / Marketing Technology

- Experience with measurement, attribution, analytics, or advertising platforms

- Background in scalable SaaS or data platforms
