Job Title: Product Lead - Housing Finance

Role Overview
We are looking to hire a senior Product Lead for a leading Housing Finance Company, based in Gurgaon. The role will own the end-to-end product charter across home loans and allied mortgage products, while closely partnering with Sales, Credit, Operations, Digital, and Risk teams to drive growth, improve productivity, and strengthen customer experience.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, enabling the sales force through strong sales support frameworks, and building sales excellence programs to scale distribution efficiently across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Management
- Own product lifecycle across Home Loans, LAP, Affordable Housing, and related offerings.
- Design competitive pricing, sourcing programs, policy frameworks, and customer propositions.
- Track market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to evolve product features.
Sales Enablement & Sales Excellence
- Build sales support models, training frameworks, sourcing tools, and pitch collateral.
- Drive sales productivity programs, channel performance dashboards, and incentive constructs.
- Partner with frontline and regional teams to improve TAT, conversion, and sourcing quality.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Ops, Digital, and Compliance teams to enhance processes and journeys.
- Support rollout of digital sourcing and onboarding journeys.
- Lead new product launches and GTM strategies.
Governance & Performance
- Monitor portfolio metrics, disbursements, approvals, profitability, and sourcing mix.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- 12-15 years of experience in Product, Sales Enablement, or Business Strategy roles within Housing Finance / NBFC / Mortgage lending.
- Strong exposure to secured retail products-Home Loans and LAP is mandatory.
- Proven experience working with large sales teams and distribution networks.
- Track record of building scalable product propositions and sales excellence frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
