About the role: - We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Development and Supply Chain Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new shoes/lifestyle products, as well as managing the company's supply chain. You will work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our customers. - You will also be responsible for developing and executing our supply chain strategy to ensure that we make the best quality products in India, China, Vietnam etc. This role will report to one of the co-founders. The base location will be Bengaluru and the role will require some travel. Responsibilities: - Manage the company's overall sourcing, supply chain strategy and product vision; - Lead product development and 3rd party production; - Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers; - Oversee the production and quality control of our products; - Develop and implement product improvement initiatives; - Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices; Requirements and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier engineering college; - 1 - 2 years of experience in an operations/supply chain role with FMCG/consumer goods; - Outstanding negotiation abilities; - Strong leadership and communication skills; - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - Good time-management skills; - Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
