The Role:
- As our Product Designer (Growth), youll be the creative growth hacker behind our user journeys crafting delightful experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
- Youll mix design thinking with data wizardry to craft experiments that boost conversions, optimize funnels, and supercharge engagement.

What Youll Do:
- Drive growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention & monetization
- Design and optimize conversion funnels from first click to lifelong connection
- Lead A/B tests and experiments that move key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention)
- Own critical growth touchpoints sign-up flows, profile completion, subscriptions, referrals
- Translate user insights & data into impactful design solutions
- Build scalable design systems that support rapid growth experiments
- Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts & Engineers to uncover opportunities
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences post-launch
- Champion a growth design culture spread the love for experimentation & impact-driven design
