Description
The Role:
- As our Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the creative growth hacker behind our user journeys - crafting delightful experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
- You'll mix design thinking with data wizardry to craft experiments that boost conversions, optimise funnels, and supercharge engagement.
- If A/B tests excite you more than A/B roads - this is your jam
What You'll Do:
- Drive growth design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, & monetization
- Design and optimise conversion funnels - from first click to lifelong connection
- Lead A/B tests and experiments that move key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention)
- Own critical growth touchpoints - sign-up flows, profile completion, subscriptions, referrals
- Translate user insights & data into impactful design solutions
- Build scalable design systems that support rapid growth experiments
- Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts & Engineers to uncover opportunities
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences post-launch
- Champion a growth design culture - spread the love for experimentation & impact-driven design

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's/Master's from IIT, BITS, NID, or equivalent
- 3-4 years of full-stack product design experience with proven growth wins
- Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-boosting designs
- Experience with A/B testing & data-driven design
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping & analytics tools
- Understanding of subscription models & pricing psychology
- Experience designing for web + mobile at scale
- Analytical mindset - you see numbers, and think design
