Role Overview:

The Product and Delivery Lead will serve as the bridge between strategic product vision and operational execution. Based in Mumbai, this role involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital products, ensuring that development cycles align with business objectives and client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholder management, to drive product innovation while maintaining rigorous delivery standards. Your impact will be measured by the scalability of our platforms, the efficiency of our release cycles, and the overall value delivered to our end-users and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and market demands.

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery management process, ensuring that product releases are executed on time and within defined quality parameters.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.

- Manage the full release management lifecycle, coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders to minimize downtime and maximize feature adoption.

- Implement robust project management frameworks to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve bottlenecks that impede product velocity.

- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features, ensuring continuous improvement of the platform's value proposition.

- Manage backlog and acceptance criteria, precision thresholds per pattern, the phase-gate pack, and the decision log.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading complex digital products from ideation to market launch.

- Strong command over Release Management and Delivery Management, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional project management capabilities, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate competing priorities effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and presenting strategic updates to senior leadership.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, on-site work environment in Mumbai, maintaining focus on both high-level strategy and granular execution.

- A minimum of 12 - 14 years of professional experience in product-led organizations, preferably with a background in technology or recruitment platforms.
