Lead - Procurement Process Excellence

We are hiring for a Listed Consumer Durable Client in Mumbai

We are looking for a Process Excellence professional in the area of Sourcing/Supply chain. He/ She should have good understanding of Sourcing/Supply chain function and be process oriented.

About:

- Develop and lead the Process Excellence roadmap for Procurement function.

- Map end-to-end business processes for Procurement function and identify gaps. Redesign workflows for efficiency, automation, and standardization.

- Identify & execute high-impact transformation opportunities aligned with business goals-productivity, cost, quality, and NPD cycle time.

- Identify business process outsourcing projects. Prepare Business case and align with stakeholders for approval

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive strategic improvement initiatives.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives. Support the implementation and optimization of various systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA is preferable

- 10+ years of relevant experience
