Lead - Procurement & Shipping Logistics

Description:

The Procurement & Shipping Logistics Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement operations, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring seamless coordination of shipping and logistics to support timely, cost-effective delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and order management.

- Oversee domestic and international shipping logistics, freight planning, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery.

- Develop cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliant sourcing aligned with company standards.

- Maintain strong vendor and logistics partner relationships to ensure consistent service performance.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for replenishment planning.

- Track and report procurement and logistics KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.

- Resolve supply bottlenecks, shipment delays, and operational issues proactively.

Required Experience:

- Experience: 6-10 years in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or international shipping

operations.

- Experience managing suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.

- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs, and documentation.

- Proven negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills.
