Lead/Principal Data Scientist - Asset & Wealth Management Space

We are seeking a Lead or Principal Data Scientist to join a global fintech organization focused on transforming the asset and wealth management space. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Generative_AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to fine-tune models and deliver intelligent, personalized user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to build and optimize conversational AI experiences.

- Fine-tune models using LoRA and advanced RAG frameworks with data tailored to specific business use cases.

- Drive innovation in Generative AI and NLP to enhance product capabilities and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

- Over 10 years of total work experience with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Text Mining, and NLP.

- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI, with proven expertise in building conversational AI products or platforms.

- Familiarity with financial concepts and investing is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
