Min relevant exp : 5 yrs in Indian Real Estate valuations ( Mumbai market preferred)

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for conducting real estate valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and land assets.

The role involves market research, financial analysis, site inspections, and preparation of valuation reports in compliance with applicable regulations and valuation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation & Analysis:

- Conduct valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, land and mixed-use properties

- Perform site inspections, property measurements, and documentation review

- Analyse market trends, comparable sales, rentals, yields and capitalization rates, Highest and Best Value, technical due diligence, Depreciated Replacement Cost etc

- Apply valuation methodologies such as Sales Comparison, Income Capitalization, and Cost Approach

- Prepare detailed valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, corporates, and investors

- Ensure compliance with RBI, IBBI, RICS, and applicable valuation standards

- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, lenders, and internal stakeholders

- Maintain valuation databases and market intelligence

- Assist in portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, and advisory assignments,

- periodic reviews of collateral assets

Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduate degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Real Estate/ Valuations Finance, or related field

- Knowledge of Mumbai real estate market is essential

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Understanding of real estate laws, zoning, and development regulations

- Good report writing and presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Strong communication and client-handling skills
