Lead Presales Specialist - Oracle Cloud HCM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior Oracle Cloud HCM presales leader to own and drive complex, high-value pursuits from strategy through close.

In this role, you will shape solution strategy and value propositions - including AI-enhanced offerings - for our most strategic opportunities.

As a recognized HCM subject matter expert, you will mentor the wider presales team, lead major RFP responses and executive presentations, and work closely with sales leadership to accelerate GTM initiatives and pipeline growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Deep functional and presales expertise across the Oracle Cloud HCM suite - Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Workforce Management

- Track record leading multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and/or large-scale transformation programs

- Proven success driving strategic presales pursuits, complex RFP responses, and executive-level workshops

- Ability to design end-to-end solutions that integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with Gen AI and agentic AI capabilities

- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes for executive audiences

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills across sales, delivery, product, and customer leadership

- Skilled at architecting high-impact demos and POCs that demonstrate differentiated value and measurable ROI

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements, pursuits, and industry events

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Established thought leadership in HCM transformation - speaking engagements, published POVs, or similar

- Experience building reusable presales assets, industry solutions, or accelerators on Oracle Cloud HCM

- Exposure to multi-country or global HCM rollouts, including compliance and localization considerations

- Working knowledge of deal shaping, commercial structuring, and partnership models for large SaaS transactions

- Experience partnering with Oracle product management or the partner ecosystem on roadmap and co-innovation initiatives
